TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In the event that one or more products are not immediately available (out-of-stock), we reserve the right to cancel or delay the shipment, replace the missing pieces or ship the pieces in stock, as agreed with the customer.
CURIOSITÈ guarantees the utmost professionalism at every stage of the purchase process, but we would like to point out that delivery times may vary depending on the destination (usually 3-5 business days). The company declines all responsibility for any delays not attributable to it or issues related to customs regulations in the country of delivery. If you encounter any problems with the purchase or shipment of the product, you can contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the product.

RETURN PROCEDURE
How to request a return
In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (and subsequent amendments and additions), the customer has the right to return purchased items within 14 days of receiving them.
To request a return, log in to your Personal Area and go to the Orders section.
Click Request Return next to the order you wish to return and follow the instructions.
To complete the procedure, please send an email to infocuriosite@gmail.com specifying:
- The reason for the return or exchange request
- The item(s) you wish to return
- In case of size exchange, indicate both the returned size and the desired replacement size
We'll arrange for collection via express courier and, once we receive the returned item in our warehouse, we'll send you a replacement or issue a refund.
The refund will be made within 14 days from the date of delivery of the return.
If the customer has chosen to collect the item via our courier, the refund will be deducted from the cost of home collection and delivery to our warehouse (€20 for EU countries and €30 for non-EU countries).
Return conditions
- The product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation).
The product must not show signs of use, abrasions, nicks or alterations of any kind and must be returned exactly in the condition in which it was delivered. - To avoid damaging the original packaging, we recommend placing it in a second box. Do not apply labels or tape directly to the product's original packaging.
Return of customized products
Please note that returns are not possible for customized products purchased.
Refund Policy
Curiositè will refund the amount paid via:
- Credit Card Reversal
- Credit to PayPal account
- Bank Transfer (in this case, the customer must provide their IBAN code via email when requesting a return)
If the customer chooses to receive a credit to use on future purchases, a code equal to the value of the returned items will be provided.
Please note that €10 (€20 for EU countries and €30 for non-EU countries) will be deducted from your refund, corresponding to the cost of collecting the product from your home and delivering it to our warehouse.
In the event of defective merchandise or shipping errors on Curiositè's part, the same return procedure must be followed. Curiositè reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing the return of defective items.
Non-compliant returns
Curiositè reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions indicated. Returns will not be accepted if the product is not intact, shows signs of use, or is not returned in its original packaging complete with all its parts.
